The Governor’s 4 crazy ideas (restricting in-home care workers to the state and/or local minimum wage; family members banned from being in-home care workers for relatives; banning convicted felons from being in-home care workers; physical incapacity is okay, being a hoarder/clutterer isn’t enough for in-home care) have been zapped with a restraining order. Peter E. Sheehan, of The Social Justice Law Project (510-16th Street, Suite 201; Oakland, CA 94612), requested the restraining order on behalf of Mark Beckwith and others.

The case will be heard in the Superior Court in Oakland, CA, January 29th, 2010, by Judge of the Superior Court Frank Roesch, at 9a.m., unless a possible move to a friendlier court (Lake County is, in this elder poverty scholar’s opinion, high on the list of anti in-home care worker “friendly” spots for a venue move) happens. Otherwise, get there early to get a good seat!

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors will vote on a resolution to ban finger printing of elders and their in-home care providers, and unannounced visits by “fraud cops”, on December 19th, 2009 at the Public Services Committee meeting. Call the Clerk of the Board of Supes for information on the time of the meeting. Some elders (including cancer patients) have lost their fingerprints due to medication side effects. Age also wears out some folks’ fingerprints.

The most common discovery of in-home care clients’ “fraud” by investigators is in the range of 75 cents to $2 per month due to age-related deterioration of math skills and memory problems. This elder poverty scholar is not aware of any in-home care client with an gazillion dollar off-shore bank account generating giant sucking sounds from the taxpayers of California.

Stayed tuned to the Bad Bruce Channel for more updates.

A note from Thornton Kimes. Governor Schwarzenegger appeared at a Bay Area food bank the week of December 7th- 11th, 2009, to ask everyone to do their part for poor people. I’m amazed my television didn’t turn blue, the words I was saying. The unbelieveable chutzpah and high-order irony factor certainly should have.

Maria Shriver, “the Wifeinator”, who has been challenged by many asking her to confront her husband about his budget cuts hurting the poor (and in-home health care clients) more than anyone else in California, recently hosted another of her annual conferences celebrating women. Women have been threatened and/or hurt more than anyone, yet the Wifeinator said no. I’m hoping people remember this in 2010 when Maria wants folks to be happy campers about yet another of her annual conferences.

    Yesterday

In-Home Supportive Services as we know it began in 1969. The average person in need of IHSS was sent to a nursing home. Nursing homes were crowded, expensive, and more abusive than they are today (though abuse is abuse, and can’t be channeled into the “good ol’ days” or the ”bad ol’ days”) people liked the idea of living in their own homes, freer to do what they wanted instead of what nursing home staff thought was “good for them”.

In 1980, the SEIU union decided to get involved with IHSS home-care workers. Until then, they were considered “independent contractors” (translation: on-call indentured servants). In 1989 a lawsuit challenged the independent contractor status of these workers, whose earnings were limited by federal minimum wage law; 11 years, in 2000, the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (and the Public Authority) became a reality.

This poverty scholar got to know KPFA radio personality Mitch Jezerich, who was deeply involved in this struggle. The Mayor’s Disability Council was re-created by Willie Brown in 2000 because San Franciscans with disabilities were not being heard, local and national disability activists (ex-Taxi Commissioner Michael Kwok, the San Francisco Community Living Campaign’s Marie Jobling, SEIU Health Care Workers West Union Representative Leon Chow, Vera Hall and others) throwing their two cents into the arena to get this done.

San Francisco home care workers became unionized in Calfornia first. This poverty scholar was honored to be involved in the struggle, feeling like a real citizen for the first time. SEIU Local 250’s Home Care Division was born in 2000 with a 98% Yes vote.

Planning For Elders, Senior Action Network (SAN), and the Independent Living Resource Center are some of the other groups involved in the fight to keep people in their own homes instead of more taxpayers money being spent on nursing homes.

    Today

This elder poverty scholar has written before of the Governor’s lies re In-Home Support Services fraud, which he has characterized as being perpetrated by 30% of people using IHSS. The truth is actually 1-2% (bookkeeping errors. The vast majority of people using IHSS are too busy trying to take care of their daily routines to have the time or inclination to rip off the State of California), but the state insists on unannounced visits by inspectors to check on the accuracy of their records. The inspectors also fingerprint the people on their caseloads, an indignity people who apply for GA, PAES, and foodstamps in San Francisco continue to endure.

IHSS workers wages, which are $11 an hour (no vacation pay!), are under threat of being dropped to the state minimum wage, fortunately higher than the federal joke. This elder poverty scholar was an IHSS worker for 20 years, starting at $2 an hour. Thornton Kimes grew up in Sherman, TX, occasionally thinking about getting a fast-food job at the Sonic drive-in…for $2 an hour.

The Governor has threatened to eliminate the program altogether in his new budget proposal, along with CalWORKS and other things. Prisons have a higher priority in the Governor’s mind, though he would like to turn the state prison system over to private corporations to save money and, perhaps, be the guy who saved future Governors from ever having to commute any prisoner’s sentence. Too bad he can’t conceive of commuting the sentences of folks who will lose their freedom if his current threat to destroy IHSS actually succeeds.

  • THE GOVERNOR’S IGNORANCE

Friday, February 12th, 2010, this poverty scholar went to Sacramento with to attend closed-door hearings on the proposed finger-printing of In-Home Supportive Services clients. The Governor’s spokesbeing explained Himself’s position on the matter thusly: the previously reported “30% IHSS fraud” was the result of budget negotiations between the Leadership Committee—made up of the Speaker of the Assembly, the President of the State Senate, the Majority and Minority Whips of both houses of the state Legislature, and the Governor.

Heckling and laughter broke out in the audience, which included 30-40 directly present members of the disability community—consumers of IHSS—and at least 70 telecommuters. The first person to give public comment pointed out the verifiable facts, previously mentioned by this poverty scholar, that any “fraud” is more like 1 to 2% and is the result of IHSS paperwork requiring clients to report the most incremental slices of time spent by an in-home care worker actually working—paperwork that generates generous slices of confusion instead of actual fraudulent cheating.

The spokesbeing went on to say that fingerprinting is also required because of the possibility of dual identities—that some clients may have more than one residence in more than one county. Can anyone live on $800 or so a month and rent more than one living space? Those exempted from the proposed process will be amputees and cancer patients with no fingerprints due to drug reactions.

Welfare logic strikes again! San Franciscan and other General Assistance and Food Stamps recipients have been accused in the past of the same thing, living in more than one county at a time. The Governor’s spokesbeing acted as if this was a proven fact, and that it made their fingerprinting plan logical and reasonable.

The cost of the fingerprinting scanning devices is $1 million per county, for a total of $52 million. Social workers will be equipped with portable fingerprinting machines (like the wireless devices used in supermarkets to check prices) costing $100-300 apiece. The digital cameras, for the photograph accompanying the fingerprints (the spokesbeing referred to them by name as Polaroids, which have become endangered and/or extinct), will cost tax payers at least $30 apiece.

One of the telecommuters said emotionally/mentally disabled folks, who have problems with paranoia, or with inability to leave their homes, will not be welcoming to county workers appearing for fingerprinting visits. The spokesbeing said they could have a doctor’s letter stating this in their file and their psychiatric workers could convince them to cooperate.

There was more laughter at this response, and this poverty scholar left the chamber to avoid adding to it (though I had to explain myself to people in the hall outside). There will be more on this issue in future articles.

    Privatizing Social Security
    By Bruce Allison

As Congress is deciding how to pay off the national debt by using the surplus funds of Social Secuirty, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstien of CA along with a few other senators came up with the idea of privatizing Social Security. The bill number has already been catalogued as S 276. This will set up a commission that will study the possibility of researching Social Security and find the best way for privatization. For a person like myself who has trouble balancing his checkbook, the possibility of setting up my own pension plan is a nightmare.

I can also picture seeing infomercials in the future where they will teach you how to handle your social security. But tis is a hardship for most people. Not only will they avw to pay $200 o r more to this crook, so that this will have to be done monthly as to you have to py your social security by using the stock exchange. So this is not a good system. We will not only be robbed by this guy, but also paying brokerahe fees for the transfer and trading of stocks and bonds at a minimum of 2%.

I had learned about this bill from a m etting I went to of the Gray Pnthers of San Francisco. So this will be the start of the debate to immediately stop this bill. If you’re interested in stopping this bill, go to Facebook Group, StopS376. Type this into your Facbook where you will find this group. If you’re interested in debating it, sign on to the group and write your comments on “the wall.” Presently, there’s no picture on this group due to lack of time of the group moderator.

    Please write to this immediately.
    Yours truly,

  • The Truth About St. Patrick

    09/24/2021 - 09:21 by Anonymous (not verified)
    Original Author
    POOR correspondent
    Original Body

In the second or third century when st Patrick was alive, the Roman Empire had just fallen. The people of the fallen empire did not know it had just fallen though. The Catholic Church ran the schools. At that time, Patrick was born into a rich family. He was the second born son which meant he had to go to the military or the church. Patrick chose the Church. The hooding ceremonies at school started at that time. Males were the only ones allowed to go to the schools so they became monks. This is why they got hooded.

Patrick was in the abbey when it got raided by Vikings. He was kidnapped and sold into slavery to a chieftain. The Vikings would steal the rich children and sell them into slavery wth their parents. The abbeys werte easy picking because they didn't fight back. The vikings grabbed him and the other monks adn sold him as farm serfvice to the other chieftains.

Immediately, St. Patrick got into converting all people to Christianity. This made the chieftains mad because Patrick was making fun of the indigenous people. At the time the religion was Wicca, presently known as witchcraft. It was a religion that honored mother earth on many levels. Male and female were in their priesthood. Due to the bastardization of Constantine, who hate women, they changes the Bible to suggest women's power was evil. Patric took that stand to ban Wicca in his lectures. He said Wicca was an arm of the devil. The chieftain wanted to execute him, but the chieftain's daughter talked him into exiling him form Ireland instead.

St. Patrick went to Gaul to find the bishop and tell him he found a new peole to colonize. He didn't follow the custom of hugging the captain to get a free ride. Instead he beat the captain up, stole the boat and whent to Gaul. The bishop at that time was impressed. He gave him troops and promoted him from a monk to a priest so that he could legally convert people and baptize them as Christians.

With a boat and about 100 mecenaries from the bishop, he returned to Ireland. With teh mercinaries, he went to ireland and converted people through force. All leadership of the indigenous religion was destroyed or exiled from the island. The new form of Christianity was bastardizd from the original Christianiy into a more COnstaninized version where women were inferior and men were superior. This was different from the indigenous religion where women had the equal right to vote. Some women were chieftains at this time too. And in some parts of their religion, women were considered superior, for example when speaking about mother earth.

The killing of these people were mythologized by saying the snakes were driven out of Ireland. If you do not believe this story, do your own research. This was the continuation of colonization that started with Romans.

    Revolutionary Giving

POOR Magazine is proud to introduce a solution to the Non-Profit Industrial Complex and the exclusionary heirarchy of U.S. philanthropy; Revolutionary Giving. As an indigenous people led/poor people led non-profit, grassroots, arts organization we have long been critical of the classist, racist, model of philanthropy that perpetuates the deserving versus undeserving notion of caregiving, service provision and charity. This notion turns people's pain and struggle into a product, pits the poor against the poorest and ultimately inhibits, silences and detroys the spirit, culture, art, language, and voices of poor people, indigenous people, and cultures of color across the globe. This damaging notion is pervasive in instutions and systems in the US, from the Prison Industrial Complex to the Non-Profit Industrial Complex, from the education system to the welfare System -it is how these harmful systems can continue to operate - it is how these systems can "profit" from our poverty without ever truly working towards change, access to equity, resources, civil, economic and human rights for all.

From POOR Magazine's perspective, we believe that giving and donating for the giver or donor is not a privilege, an option, or a nice idea , rather, it is a duty. A duty of people with class and/or race privelege, to give their time, their surplus income, their equity, and/or their support, towards change for people struggling with poverty in the US and across the globe.

    Poverty Scholars as Co-Funders

In addition, Philanthropy which has its roots in the Slave/Master "plantation" model, operates from the premise that people with money and/or resources inherently hold more knowledge about money than people without money. Contrary, we believe that people who have struggled to survive, feed and clothe multiple family members and themselves in fact hold a deep scholarship about the use and distribution of resources.

Another mythology is rooted in the notion that a person receiving funding must be in a dire state of need to "deserve" the money. At POOR we believe that the roots of oppression and poverty is based on the separateness from our fellow human, the oppression of one peoples by another peoples, the theft of land and resources of indigenous peoples, and the truly harmful cult of independence (Bootstraps) that informs ALL parts of the Western US experience. Consequently, we believe that if we are truly going to bring about change it will be from the inclusion of all voices, all perspectives and from the collective leadership of poverty scholars working collaboratively with donors to inform a different and truly inclusive process that doesn't perpetuate the historical oppression of people of color living in poverty.

    POOR's Supporters

POOR Magazine is a non-profit, 501(c)3, tax deductible organization. We have no current foundation or government funders, not for lack of trying and endless applying, but because of the policies held by most foundations and all government funding which is set-up to exclude very small, truly grassroots, people-led organizations like us. Currently our funding comes from our community of revolutionary donors, without whom their would be no us... ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT

    Marlon Crump/PNN
    Sunday, March 29, 2009;

"I'm scared, I don't know what else to do, or who to talk to!"

"Why me, what have I done? What do these people want from ME?!"

"Can somebody do something about this?!"

"All of this because I submitted a piece of paper, in telling the truth of what's been going on?!"

"When will it stop? My body is in so much unexplainable pain........ALL BECAUSE I SPOKE OUT!"

Before 2008 ended, I wrote a story called "Digital Apartheid" which presented a detailed summary of the impact that the D.T.V (Digital Television) transition would have on people particularly in poverty, seniors, and people with disabilities now that U.S Congress were forcing everyone to watch their television sets by the means of digital broadcast after purchasing a digital converter box. (Which is similar to a cable television box.)

I started off the story, stating that "Technology has arrived to a new age: The Age of D.T.V. I also stated in "Digital Apartheid" that "the digital divide and conquest is literally just around the corner."

Unfortunately, I have to start this particular story off by stating that technology has arrived to another age in an era of terror, through the voices of its victims: The Age of Technology Terror!

And this has apparently been happening for quite sometime, by person or persons, unknown.

The above outcries and pleas are from victims who've experienced multiple harassments/stalkers and unexplained physical technological trauma as a result. Shockingly, these problems are seemingly invisible to doctors, law enforcement officials and members of the public.

These victim's voices are seldom taken seriously due to the ignorance, disbelieving, scrutiny, and even ridicule resulting from such acts actually taking place, leading many governmental authorities and their counterparts to conclude that such mysterious acts are "absurd" or "preposterous."

(Much to the delight of those responsible, as denial, ignorance, and disinterest are their greatest covert cover from exposure.)

Through my own extensive research, credited to an anonymous source who wishes to raise universal awareness about this terrifying, untold issue in media by sharing her own ongoing experience, I've discovered that this technological terror is not a myth, a lie, a fairy tale, or a script from a modern day science fiction movie. It is very real............

And it is called Electronic Harassment via Organized Stalking!

Imagine the terrifying thought of your own body organs burning, the breaches of unseen rays to your human nervous system disrupted for no explained reason(s), leading to dirahea, chronic fatigue, and other mysterious life-threatening symptoms as a result for either speaking out against a certain injustice, making someone very angry, or just simply being yourself.

Even worse, just imagine experiencing such bizarre incidents, yet no one is willing to believe you and they immediately conclude that you're crazy. This falls alongside of the "Why are they targeting me?" and "Why no one will listen to me?" question............ bearing little or no answer.

Just think of people purposely playing their television or stereo a little too loud, constant phone calls just to annoy someone they despise, disrupting a person's human nervous system, preventing them from functioning properly. An old trick to attack someone in the jungle is drumbeating: an old fashioned tactic used to confuse and intimidate the enemy, to throw them off their concentration.

A woman by the name of Eleanor White, a retired engineer, presented a thirty-six page, six chapter booklet which provided a thorough, indepth, detailed and eloquent overview of the extremely bizarre occurences regarding victims of "electronic harassment" and "organized stalking" as well as her own conclusive investigations and findings.

Her booklet is called "Organized Stalking: A Target's View."

(Eleanor White, herself, has experienced bizarre incidents of these sophisticated occurrences, motivating her to investigate these covert tactics by her unknown attackers.)

"In 1980, I was living and working in Toronto, Ontario Canada, in my late 30s. I was contentedly single, and thought I had no enemies," said Miss White.

Or so she thought, unaware that she was targeted and stalked.

"Things started to just go wrong. My clothing seams started to give out very quickly, sometimes on nearly new items, and I tend to have less clothes but purchase high quality items for durability. Pockets in winter coats. Crotches and armpits. Often the crotches would develop a pattern of many small holes that looked like someone had been pushing a pencil through the cloth. Each time I picked up the clothing, the holes would get larger then merge into two large holes either side of the crotch center or seam. I wrote it off as 'poor quality goods these days.'"

She then began to encounter men unknown to her who glared at her with hostile intentions, and unfriendly neighbors who played extremely loud radio noises, and slammed their doors. "Oh well, must have a screw loose," Eleanor said to herself. Unknown men buzzed her apartment for long periods of time, and very loud, but Eleanor refused to allow them into her apartment.

These incidents kept on for two years until a recession hit in her town in 1982. To keep herself distracted from this weird situation, Eleanor took a fifteen month government-sponsored training program for computer programming and related skills. Needless to say, these incidents even followed her there.

Whenever she would use a computer lab, her computer never seemed to work properly, while her 30 fellow classmates didn't have the same problem.

Some of the computers were tied to a mainframe. At the end of each programming session, they all needed to print their work on a network printer to take home for "desk checking." Unlike her classmates, Eleanor's print jobs kept getting moved to the rear of the printing queue, meaning she had to wait from a half to a full hour longer than her classmates to leave.

It was crystal clear to Eleanor White that someone was hacking into her print jobs.

From 1980 and even after the year 2003 when she retired from her job as an engineer, the "organized stalkers" refused to show her any mercy, and continued. In 1996, Eleanor came in contact with other victims of "electronic harassment" and "organized stalking."

Such covert operations and tactics are strikingly similar to the ones performed by secret law enforcement operations, primarily ones directed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I) and its infamous counterintelligence program, COINTELPRO, which was highly known for its harassments, illegal operations, and terroristic tactics against many civil rights activists, particularly the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense in the 1960s.

Eleanor White further defines "organized stalking" as "surveillance and harassment of a designated target by stalkers who are members of groups, which are networked throughout the industrialized nations of the world." There are three primary elements to this term:

.Harassment by a large number of people, and not by a single obsessed stalker, nor by helpers recruited by that single stalker.

.Group members are given targets' names and/or have the target identified for them. They do not usually know the target beforehand.

.These groups are tightly networked, within state or province, and internationally.

"Once a group of stalkers starts 'working over' a target, deniability increases dramatically," Miss White explains. She further categorizes the tools that allow organized stalking to remain effective towards its targets, by means of electronic harassment:

    .Electronic assault

    .Directed energy weapons ("DEWs")

    .Non-lethal weapons

.Mind control (the through-wall electronics can affect the mind)

.Voice to skull (U.S. Army designation "V2K")

According to Miss White, "the majority of targets are not high profile people, or people with very sensitive knowledge of government secrets or corporate misdeeds."She also categorizes the physical trauma endured by targeted victims, as a result of these actions, by means of "through wall electronic attacks."

.Bee sting sensations, particularly on the feet, particularly while trying to sleep.

.Arms and/or legs jerking wildly when trying to sleep.

.Extremely powerful, unquenchable, itching, no rash, no explanation from doctors.

.Sudden extremely fast and heavy heartbeat, when fully relaxed.

.Suddenly extreme high body heat, fully relaxed, not after exercise.

.Vibration of body parts and/or bed.

(Miss White's detailed explanations, statistics, and stories of targeted victims of these frightening incidents involving "organized stalking" and "electronic harassment" can be further viewed online at www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Eleanor%20White)

Shannon Herbert, a San Francisco resident, artist, and writer, who posted her story online is another victim of "organized stalking" and "electronic harassment." In her story, Miss Herbert says the stalking and harassment involves members of the San Francisco Police Department and even the San Francisco Fire Department. This stalking and harassment has been ongoing for eleven months.

She's reported that she has even been kidnapped, tortured, and falsely admitted at the San Francisco General Hospital for "psychiatric treatment." Her phone calls have been tapped, rerouted, and intercepted. Her mail has been tampered with, her friends and family have been threatend.

"I also have strong reason to believe there is a foreign object of some sort implanted in my body, causing me a great deal of pain. Fear of this constant assault, that primarily stems from my cranium, causes permanent and irreversible damage that consumes me. (I think some tools that have been implanted are similar to what is known as a clicker used in zoo animals for behavior shaping and submission.) I don't know exactly what instrument may have been used on me but the link below lends one possibility":

    http://www.illuminati-news.com/micro-implants.htm

"I believe works written by me in my home and on my pcs have been made public and plagiarized, and that the primary reason for the covert harassment is to intimate and extort me. It is also my belief that many across this country are aware of my exploitation and the hate crimes that have be committed against me, Shannon Herbert of San Francisco, yet nothing has been done nor even acknowledged. For the last 9 months, I have been moving from one friend's house to another, after realizing my own house was no longer safe to live in."

Shannon Herbert has desperatedly sought out help. She's made complaints to the Office of Citizens Complaints, the Management Control Division of the S.F.P.D, other city agencies, and even to the F.B.I to hear her cries for help. To no avail, no action seemed to have been taken.

"I am not delusional nor am I a liar. I have been to the FBI (twice), Police Dept., I.A. (Internal Affairs) and the Office of Citizens Complaints, where I made a tape recorded statement. Almost every single hour of every day I feel an electric current in my skull, ranging from vibrations to jolts that jerk me out of sleep.

At times this torture is more than I can bear. I constantly wear a pot on my head when alone and when I'm with friends (who can't possibly understand) but it doesn't help."

Miss Herbert is appealing to anyone with the necessary resources to help her recover from this extremely difficult time.

"My main purpose for writing is for closure and justice. I hope to obtain an attorney who is familiar with such cases and can refer me to a specialist where I can receive care for I fear the medical institutions in San Francisco. The stalkers never had a problem finding me so hopefully the good guys won't either."

The latest victim (who wishes to remain anonymous for the absolute fear of her safety) has been physically and psychologically tortured, as a result of the similar mysterious occurrences of Shannon Herbert and Eleanor White.

The trauma, terror, and torment due to the covert "electronic harassment" and "organized stalking as she's experienced and tells it:

"I sent a Notice of Complaint to the Attorney General. (I do not know who the president of our board is, I have never met her). The day after we both received the letter, a bleach blonde women with bangs, walked as close as she could to me on 19th Street, while I was talking with a friend, and she glared at me as hard as she could. I have never seen this person, and I do not know who she is. The next day, coincidentally, something happened again. There was a very strange incident that took place where I live.

My husband saw two men, both with mustaches, one with gray hair (I recently saw him with dark hair), the other with shaggy brown hair, (I have recently seen him with a shaved head) driving around the area. About 8:45 A.M. I went into the lobby, and the guy with the shaggy brown hair was in the lobby, overweight, kneeling down on the floor by the sliding door, fiddling with the combination lock for quite some time.

As I walked by him, he stared at me intently, and a strange feeling came over me, as if I was being watched and stalked. I have never had this feeling before. I forgot something in my home, so I went back to retrieve something, and when I came back he was still fiddling with the lock, never to open or close the door or the lock, and was whistling the entire time.

If he was trying to look like a janitor, it was strange, because our contracted janitors visit our building on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Around 3:00 p.m, I came back home through the front door, and another man with a mustache, with gray hair, blue shirt, khaki pants, about 5" 10" ish was carrying a brief case, but it looked as if he never carried one in his life. He came into the building right after me, and than started walking in front of me, walking ever so slowly, whistling.

As I entered into my unit, I watched him enter the other door, staircase, to go upstairs. What is so odd about this is that if someone new is entering the building to go upstairs, you would enter the building from the FRONT as he did, and then go to the upstairs THROUGH THE STAIR CASE IN THE FRONT of the building, you would not go through the front door, to goTHROUGH THE BACK SIDEWALK AREA, to go to the upstairs units."

She further states that, "This incident coincidentally happened after a letter (Notice of Complaint was sent to the Attorney General, and I and the president received the letter." The purpose of her complaint was to inform him of unusual activities taking place with the property management.

In the aftermath of this bizarre situation, she awoke one night to investigate why a red light ray was aimed at her window. She peeped out her window to discover a mysterious man outside her house was the source. In the days, weeks, and months thats followed, her body has experienced intense pain, nausea, organs burning, and diarrhea.

Despite every hospital she's gone to, no doctor could provide a medical explanation to what was going on with her body.

This is something that she has never experienced her entire life, and it has taken a significant emotional toll on her life. She totally believes that this stalking is related to her letter submission to the Attorney General.

After making countless police reports, doctor visits, and efforts to raise public awareness, she conducted her own investigations to find out why these strange things were happening to her. What she found was that she was not alone. There were other victims, a support group, and even a pending legal action against covert stalking harassment, by holding the U.S Government for its failure to address this rarely-discussed issue, and lack of accountability.

Unfortunately, her stalkers know that information is power, and are somehow aware of her efforts to expose their "covert operations." Recently, they boldly broke into the trunk of her car in a highly observed area of witnesses, and stole important documents she had obtained that explained what was happening to her.

As a witness, I can personally testify to this theft, because I was with her having coffee when this crime took place.

The biggest fears of all three women is that very few or no one believes their story, and labeled them crazy, delusional, or both, although they have keen awareness of these events in their lives. Most people are not interested because it does not affect them. Then, there are also the many that refuse to get involve for the absolute fear of retaliation by the culprits.

In the end, it must be the many that exposes this semi-hidden, tactically covert evil by consistent exposure with their own voice. People's voices can be silenced from the lack of ears, but it doesn't mean they have to shut up, especially when their lives on the line. Most people know about Satan's greatest trick to the world. Those responsible for these actions feel that it is "the perfect crime."

However, it is not a "perfect crime" if they're caught......................or at least exposed.

The Manifesto For Change is a truly "green" model for housing, art, micro-business, spirituality, interdependence, self-accountability, care-giving and community....

    Thursday, June 25, 2009;

The Manifesto For Change is a truly "green" model for housing, art, micro-business, spirituality, interdependence, self-accountability, care-giving and community that incorporates the teaching of our elders, ancestors and spiritual leaders in harmony with Mother Earth that ultimately can be launched in any city in the U.S. with a Revolutionary Giving Ally.

The Manifesto for Change was created in a 16 year process by a multi-lingual, multi-racial, multi-generational, group of landless, indigenous elders, children, families and folks engaged in a life-long struggle with poverty, racism, incarceration, welfare systems, white supremacy, mis-education, landlessness, ableism, Non-Profit-Profiteering and violence

The Manifesto for Change was introduced at the Revolutionary Change Session on June 19, 2009 as a template for global and local revolutionary change.

    1. The Declaration of Inter-dependence

To act on indigenous values of accountability and care-giving with the goal of moving indigenous folks, poor communities of color permanently out of the Prison Industrial Complex which includes po'lice dependence, abuse and destruction.

Excerpt from the Opening Statement of the Declaration of Inter-Dependence launched on July 4th, 2008

.....We, la gente, the people, the workers, the poor folks, poverty scholars, gente indigena, indigenous people, mamaz, daddys, abuelitos, abuelitas, elders, children y ninos, hereby declare the following articles to be true and original...

    2. R.E.C.L.A.I.M.M.
Reclaiming Community & Land Access (through) Investment in Micro-Business (on) Mother (Earth) -A Community Thrival Strategy, Ad Campaign and Micro-business Strategy

Through the RECLAIMM project, POOR Magazine is promoting a new form of indigenous, sustainable "green" equity and resource re-distribution that will enable us to reclaim and build equity, support and promote micro-business, micro-economics and land ownership in our native urban communities.

    3. The HOMEFULLNESS Project
    Permanent housing units for landless* families and individuals, following a model of co-housing, which includes a home for all of the following components;

A site for the F.A.M.I.L.Y. (Family Access to Multi-cultural Intergenerational Learning with our Youth) school, a revolutionary on-site child care and school for children and families in poverty, which incorporates a social justice and arts multi-cultural and multi-lingual curriculum for families and children 2 to 102 yrs.

A site for POOR Magazine, The Race, Poverty, and Media Justice Institute, Community Newsroom and all of POOR's indigenous community arts programming.

A site for Uncle Al & Mama Dee's Cafe; a multi-generational community arts and social justice eating and performance space.

Tierra Madre/Mother Earth: Following indigenous values of localizing food growth to cut down on greenhouse gases and poisoning of our communities, this will be a site for a 'sustainable urban farm' to teach children and adults in poverty how to grow their own organic and healthy food to eat and to economically sustain their families, so that they can permanently get out of poverty. Also will provide indigenous model of project based learning for FAMILY School providing space for elders to teach indigenous forms of math and science through earth and agriculture.

    II. The Building:

A Mixed Use/C3-zoned, multiple units or Loft space with adjoining land or small yard that has space for all of the listed above.

    III. Funding:

Equity "Capital" Campaign budget: (2.5 million)

Fundraising will occur through an "equity campaign," launched by POOR Magazine, which is an act of resistance to the hierarchal and unjust distribution of wealth and resources locally and globally. POOR Magazine is formally calling the fundraising effort for HOMEFULLNESS, an 'equity campaign,' instead of a 'capital campaign,' conducted through equity sharing, not tied to financial resources. We will be creating permanent and lasting solutions to houselessness for families in poverty, who have been displaced, evicted, gentrified and destabilized out of their indigenous lands and communities.

*After years of struggling to be heard and housed and working to organize, de-silence and power the scholarship of poor folks of color and urban indigenous peoples,I, tiny, one of the co-author's of the Manifesto, daughter of a disabled single mother of color/indigenous Boricua, African descent, in a life-long struggle for land and equity, hereby refuse to use the codified, meaningless label of "the homeless people" and will instead from hereon, identify our peoples position as landless peoples.
