by PNN Staff The United Nations Plaza Homeless Project is comprised of dedicated homeless folk who are attempting to make change for themselves and other low income people who have been dealing with poverty and homelessness for several years without much help from the San Francisco city government, a city government who usually resorts to criminalizing homeless citizens rather than helping them.
